Signature Capture Hard Copy Proof of Delivery – (inclusive of Customer Own Paperwork)
Emergency changes to the MSA regarding the collection of Proof of Delivery signatures to minimise person to person contact during the COVID-19 pandemic have been put in place. From this point forward, in the event of not being able to obtain a signature, unless notified by special instruction in the consignment, ALL deliveries will be subject to these processes to ensure proof of consignment delivery.
This will be a combination of using NEXUS GO, GPS coordinates, photographs and printed name of recipient, the combination of any of these should be enough during this period to show proof of delivery during the current period.
