March came and went in a flash and was declared the wettest month on record for 40 years.
Despite this we were still in celebratory mood after winning the Pallex UK Business Development award and we also raised a glass to mark the five-year anniversary of Bottrills Transport Ltd. During this time, we have steadily added to both our fleet and our team, anticipating, and responding to the needs and requirements of our existing clients and at the same time building our new customer base.
Haulage is a very competitive business and one of the keys to our success so far is having an efficient and well run back office. People who can respond proactively and promptly to issues and take the stress out of your logistics problems and queries.
Our website has proved to be an essential tool, allowing clients to make their own bookings, and keep a real-time track of consignments from pick-up to signature capture, via our award-winning pallet booking platform MyNexus, as well as keeping up to date with news and developments and see all the services we offer.
However, it goes without saying, without the loyalty and allegiance of our may customers our story could be very different, so our thanks to all who have supported us, and we look forward to building on our story together.
As a team we are very proud of our achievements so far, we will continue to build on our success by always keeping our clients front and centre. It may have been the wettest month, but we certainly had, and still have a lot to smile about.
